After over a year working as a product designer on the Casas Bahia app, at the end of 2021 I was invited to take on the role of UX Lead in the newly created App Tribe. Alongside the GPM, we led the formation of squads, hired new designers, and structured the mobile channel strategy for the following years.

For 1 year and 6 months, I led the UX team responsible for the Casas Bahia, Ponto, and Extra apps. I worked closely with GPMs and PMs on product strategy, supervised the design team to ensure high-quality deliveries and best UX practices, and contributed to the development of a unified Design System across all brands. I also facilitated discovery workshops, mapped customer journeys, and monitored key usability metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and SUS to support data-driven decisions.
